Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Wedding Hub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens in your organization. Don't let others use your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments
Wedding Hub charges a one-time fee per event. Fees are processed by Stripe. All prices are listed at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled case-by-case; a full refund relocks the associated event.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (guest lists, photos, event details). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it strictly to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you share.
Guest-uploaded content
Your event guests may upload photos through the guest app. You are the event organizer and are responsible for moderating that content. We remove clearly illegal material on request.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
Warranties & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
You can delete your account and events at any time from the dashboard. Deleted events are purged after a 30-day grace period. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to the account owner at least 14 days before taking effect.
