- Is there really a free trial?
- Even better: no credit card required to sign up or build out your event. Make an account, build the whole chart, customize the look, and invite collaborators. You only pay when you’re ready to share the guest link.
- When do I pay?
- Only when you publish. The $79 unlock is a one-time charge. No monthly fees, no per-guest pricing, no upsells. Plan another wedding next year? Pay once more.
- How do guests access their seat?
- One link, sent however you want: text, email, in the invitation suite, as a QR code on the menu card. Guests open the link, type their name, the floor plan zooms to their table. Works on any phone, no app to download.
- Can I import my guest list?
- Yes, CSV or Excel. We accept First name, Last name, plus optional Table, Seat, and Color.
- Can the couple, planner, or family collaborate?
- Yes. Invite anyone with one email. They sign in and can edit guests, seating, menu, photos, and event details, but never see your other events or workspace.
- What if our event is cancelled?
- Refunds are handled case-by-case through support at support@weddinghubapp.com.
